Shipping & returns
COVID-19 PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our processing and turn around time has changed. Right now the owners, Sally and Abbeyshane, are the only two people who are working at the shop processing and shipping all web orders.
*** Current turnaround time for orders is 4-9 business days***
• We offer a flat rate of $7 for all shipping orders.
• We ship our packages with priority mail that typically takes 2-3 days in transit after order has been processed.
• After your order is packaged and is ready to be shipped we will send your an email with a shipping conformation and tracking number.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days but we try our best to fill each order on the same day as the order come in. Please note that this is an estimate and can be longer when an order contains lots of yardage to be cut.
• We take great care packaging up your fabric and products carefully so it gets to you safely so you can start creating and quilting!
• In the unlikelihood that your items do get damaged in the shipping process we will gladly replace any damaged items. We will provide you with a return label to send it back to us and we will send you a the new item(s).
• A FREE GIFT is included in every web order.
Any notions may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition.
We do not accept any returns on fabric that is cut from the bolt unless there was a mistake on our end.
Pre bundled fabric packs or kits may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition.
Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.
